# H&T INTELLIGENT: Wholly-owned subsidiary invested RMB 13.6841 million in the fund to obtain a 32.61% stake

H&T INTELLIGENT announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary H&T INTELLIGENT International recently signed a Subscription Agreement with OFC, the target fund, and Junyi Capital, investing HKD 15 million to subscribe for 32.61% of the target fund's shares. The target fund has a scale of HKD 46 million, a duration of 1 year, which can be extended for another year, and mainly participates in investments related to Hong Kong and U.S. listed companies. This investment is made with its own funds and will not affect normal operations. It is currently in the preparation stage and may face risks such as returns not meeting expectations
