NANJING RAILWAY NEW TECHNOLOGY announced that its shareholder and director Ji Yigen, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.1 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading due to personal funding needs. The reduction period will be within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement
