According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AIM (300446.SZ) announced that its shareholder China Lucky Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Lucky") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 21,135,252 shares (accounting for 2.50% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from fifteen trading days after the disclosure of this announcement
