(referred to as "Sinopec Capital") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.9593 million shares through centralized bidding, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital, accounting for 1.02% of the total number of shares after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account
