# Fangzhi Science & Technology shareholder Huang Xiaofeng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fangzhi Science & Technology (300235.SZ) announced that Mr. Huang Xiaofeng, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.5227 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from November 25, 2025, to February 24, 2026
