According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NEBULA ELECTRONICS (300648.SZ) announced that the company's director Ms. Jiang Meizhu and shareholder Mr. Tang Ping, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Director Ms. Jiang Meizhu plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 4.1382 million shares, which is no more than 2.37% of the company's total share capital.
