# TCL Technology: NBSS's restructuring plan was not approved by the creditors' meeting

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TCL Technology (000100.SZ) announced that the restructuring plan (draft) of the company it participated in, Shanshan Group Co., Ltd., was not approved by the third creditors' meeting. The subsequent administrator will continue to promote the restructuring work. There is still uncertainty as to whether this restructuring plan (draft) can ultimately be approved by the creditors' meeting and sanctioned by the people's court. In addition, there is still a risk that this restructuring investment may terminate due to the inability to meet the conditions set forth in the "Restructuring Investment Agreement," and it remains uncertain whether this restructuring can be completed
