Shenling Environment announced that its concerted action partner, Shenling Investment, holds 34.9845 million shares, accounting for 13.15%, and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.2 million shares, accounting for 1.20%, through block trading from November 25, 2025, to February 24, 2026; shareholders holding more than 5%, Tan Bingwen and Su Cuixia, hold 29.08 million shares, accounting for 10.93%, and 13.711 million shares, accounting for 5.15%, respectively, and plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.66 million shares and 2.765 million shares through centralized bidding and a combination of centralized bidding and block trading during the same period, with proportions of 1.00% and 1.04%, respectively; Vice General Manager Chen Jun holds 90,200 shares, accounting for 0.03%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 22,500 shares, accounting for 0.01%, through centralized bidding during the same period
