Adeia's CEO, Paul Davis, stated that this legal action was necessary after unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue amicably. ADEA shares fell 2.46% in premarket trading to $16.62. SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adeia Inc.
