# PONY-W: The offering price per share is HKD 139

> PONY-W announced that the offer price for each share in the international offering and the Hong Kong public offering is HKD 139. It is expected that Class A ordinary shares will be listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025, with the stock code "2026". The company will issue an additional 6.2933 million new shares, accounting for approximately 15% of the initially proposed number of shares for the global offering

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PONY-W (02026) announced that the final offer price for the international offering and the Hong Kong public offering has been set at HKD 139.00 per share. Subject to approval by the Stock Exchange, Class A ordinary shares are expected to commence trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025, with the stock code "2026".

The over-allotment option has been fully exercised, and accordingly, the company will issue and allocate an additional 6.2933 million new shares at the offer price (approximately 15% of the number of shares initially offered under the global offering)
