# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 124 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

According to Wind data, on November 4th, 124 companies announced a total of 129 stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, 2 companies' repurchase plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 111 companies disclosed the implementation progress of stock repurchases, and 11 companies completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, a total of 1 company had a repurchase plan exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. DS, ENN-NG, and ENN-NG had the highest repurchase amounts, planning to repurchase no more than 37.293 million yuan, 4.6992 million yuan, and 1.7608 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase implementation progress, GoerTek, BOE Technology Group, and Heng Rui Medicine had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 940 million yuan, 704 million yuan, and 535 million yuan, respectively. Among the completed repurchases, a total of 7 companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Decai Co., Langjin Technology, and New City had the highest completed repurchase amounts, repurchasing 69.9972 million yuan, 50.0026 million yuan, and 40.0011 million yuan, respectively
