This action is in accordance with the announcement jointly issued by the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and other four departments regarding the "Announcement on the Launch of the 2025 Personal Information Protection Series Special Actions." The apps involved include "FuYou Courier," "Shanghai Postal Express," "STO," and "ZTO Smart Property."
