According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Highlander (300065.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Oute Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. (a member of the consortium, hereinafter referred to as "Oute Ocean") recently received a "Notice of Winning Bid" from Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Development and Construction Co., Ltd. regarding the marine science observation network and land-based support base project in Sanya Yazhou Bay - hardware and software components, with a winning bid price of 1.097 billion yuan
