# In "China News," the China Road Transport Association named GOGOX, stating that it has not implemented real-name verification for cargo owners as promised

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 4th, the China Road Transport Association announced yesterday that under its organization, Manbang Group, Huolala, Didi Delivery, and GOGOX (02246) jointly signed and publicly released the "Self-Regulatory Convention for Ensuring the Legal Rights and Interests of Truck Drivers on the Network Freight Information Transaction Matching Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Self-Regulatory Convention") on July 8 of this year. According to the "Self-Regulatory Convention," the four platform companies promise that starting from November 1 of this year, they will no longer provide freight source information release services to unregistered freight owners. As of now, Manbang Group, Huolala, and Didi Delivery have implemented the requirements of the "Self-Regulatory Convention," carrying out real-name verification for freight owners and strictly registering and reviewing the identity information of freight owners. GOGOX has not completed the real-name verification work for freight owners as promised.

The announcement pointed out that GOGOX's failure to implement the real-name system for freight owners on time reflects the company's insufficient attention to the "Self-Regulatory Convention" and its own service commitments, as well as inadequate understanding of the importance of implementing the real-name system for freight owners and safeguarding the legal rights and interests of truck drivers. Therefore, the association recommends that GOGOX promptly implement the requirements of the "Self-Regulatory Convention" and establish a real-name system for freight owners to effectively safeguard the legal rights and interests of the truck driver community.
