# Jilin Fibre: The controlling shareholder, Fibre Group, has completed the capital increase and share expansion, with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's shareholding ratio increasing to 67.09%

Jilin Fibre announced that recently, the company's controlling shareholder, Jilin Fibre Group Co., Ltd., introduced the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Jilin Provincial Government, Jilin Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd., and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Jilin Municipal Government as new shareholders through a capital increase and share expansion. The registered capital increased from 809 million yuan to 2.508 billion yuan. After the completion of this equity change, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission directly and indirectly holds 67.09% of the equity of the Fibre Group, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have not changed
