Wanchen Biotechnology announced that the company held the 39th meeting of the fourth board of directors on November 4, 2025, and approved the proposal on external donations. The company plans to sign an agreement with the Jiangsu Provincial Charity Association, whereby the company or its holding subsidiary will donate RMB 5 million to the Jiangsu Provincial Charity Association. This external donation does not involve related party transactions and does not constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies
