# The North Point "101 KINGS ROAD" of "Hong Kong Building" has been approved for occupancy permit, and a new round of sales deployment will be announced in the short term

> WANG ON PPT's North Point "101 KINGS ROAD" has been approved for occupancy, with a total of 251 residential units, of which 183 units have been sold, cashing out over HKD 1.69 billion. The project will open its completed show units in the short term and is expected to send letters to prospective owners for handover within the month. There are still a small number of high-floor units remaining, and the group will announce a new round of sales arrangements in the short term

WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) has received approval for the occupancy permit of "101 KINGS ROAD" in North Point, with a total of 251 residential units.

Cheng Deyun, Executive Director of WANG ON PPT, stated that "101 KINGS ROAD" has sold a total of 183 units to date, with over 70% of the units sold, realizing more than HKD 1.69 billion. The project will open its completed show units for public viewing in the short term and is expected to send letters to prospective owners for handover within the month.

Huang Wenhao, General Manager of Operations and Marketing at WANG ON PPT, indicated that there are still a small number of high-floor units available, and it is anticipated that after the official opening of the completed units, there will be further interest from users and investors. The group will also announce a new round of sales deployment in the short term
