According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 5th, CONCORD HC GP (02453) announced that Shanghai Medical Star has pledged shares with Zhongcheng as the beneficiary to secure a loan financing of up to RMB 500 million. Yesterday, the controlling shareholder Beijing Taihecheng additionally pledged 35.6023 million H shares it holds with Zhongcheng as the beneficiary. The group stated that the H shares pledged by Beijing Taihecheng account for approximately 4.54% of the total issued shares of the group. (wh)
