According to reports, Lu Lianpu, Executive Director and President of SEA HOLDINGS (00251.HK), and related parties sold a mid-level unit at 4A, Huangni Chongxia Road, East Mid-Levels for HKD 45 million; the unit has a usable area of 1,912 square feet, with a four-bedroom and three-bathroom layout, resulting in a price per usable square foot of HKD 23,536.

Lu Lianpu and related parties purchased the property in August 2011 for HKD 42.3 million and "flipped" it in June 2017, holding it for 14 years, with this transaction showing a book profit of HKD 2.7 million or 6.4%
