# COCOON HOLDINGS: Has reached a settlement with the liquidator and applied to withdraw the petition

COCOON HOLDINGS (00428.HK) announced that it has reached a settlement agreement with the petitioners for liquidation. Both parties have jointly signed a consent summons through their respective legal representatives, seeking the court's consent to withdraw the petition without an order for costs; and the hearing scheduled for December 31 at the High Court of Hong Kong has been canceled.

Last month, the company received a petition from Zhou Xin to the High Court for liquidation, alleging failure to repay approximately HKD 11.1 million in principal and unpaid interest on promissory notes
