# Samsonite's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will step down in January next year

Samsonite (01910.HK) announced that it has received notice from Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer Reza Taleghani that he will resign from his position and move to another company. To ensure business continuity and a smooth transition, Reza Taleghani is expected to remain at Samsonite until January 2026. Samsonite stated that it will initiate a talent search process to identify a new Chief Financial Officer
