# Chen Delin reduced his holdings in SYNAGISTICS, cashing out over 51.3 million yuan, with shareholding dropping to 4.38%

The stock disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that former Monetary Authority President Chan Tak-lam reduced his holdings in Synagistics (02562.HK) by a total of 5.8025 million shares last Friday (October 31), cashing out approximately HKD 51.33 million at an average price of HKD 8.8463 per share, reducing his stake from 5.64% to 4.38%, which means that future reductions will not need to be disclosed.

The special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Hong Kong Huide, initiated by Chan Tak-lam and former Chief Executive Donald Tsang's sister, Tsang King-suen, reached a merger agreement with Southeast Asian e-commerce solutions platform Synagistics in October 2024, conducting a business merger and renaming it Synagistics
