According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 6th, pharmaceutical company Staidson BioPharm (Shenzhen: 300204) is currently down 8.5%, trading at 34.02 yuan (RMB). The company announced on the 5th that its third-largest shareholder, Xiangtang Group, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.7777 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. Based on yesterday's closing price of 37.18 yuan, the cash amount that Xiangtang Group would realize is approximately 178 million yuan. As of now, Xiangtang Group holds 27.1396 million shares, accounting for 5.68% of the total share capital. Staidson BioPharm's stock price has already surged 361% this year. (ry)
