# JOYSON ELEC: Foreign-listed foreign capital shares are listed and traded

On November 6th, Jinshi Data reported that JOYSON ELEC announced that the total number of H shares for this global offering is 155,100,000 shares, of which 15,510,000 shares are for public offering in Hong Kong and 139,590,000 shares are for international placement. The offer price for each H share is HKD 22, and after deducting expenses, the net proceeds from the global offering that the company will receive is approximately HKD 3.253 billion. The company's H shares will be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025, with the stock code "0699". After the completion of the issuance and listing, the total number of shares of the company will increase to 1,574,035,563 shares
