According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 6th, SH IND URBAN (00563) announced that its subsidiary Shanghai Urban Development has completed the issuance of the first phase of corporate bonds for 2025, with a principal amount not exceeding RMB 1.15 billion, issued only to professional institutional investors.
