# Bilibili CEO Chen Rui: High-quality creators are social wealth, and the number of UP owners who have submitted for more than 5 years exceeds 2 million

On November 8th, the Internet Entrepreneur Forum of the 2025 World Internet Conference was held in Wuzhen, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province. Chen Rui, Chairman and CEO of Bilibili (referred to as "B Station"), stated in his speech that B Station is committed to becoming a discoverer of quality UP owners and an amplifier of quality content.

Regarding the characteristics of quality creators, Chen Rui believes that the first is a love for content. Secondly, it is the support of the platform. A good platform can allow quality content to be seen by more users and enable quality creators to gain more fans. Finally, in addition to the content itself needing to be tested over time, creators need time to grow and accumulate, and users also need time to resonate with the content.
