The company was established in December 2000, with Wang Xuanxiang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes mineral resource exploration, geological exploration of metal and non-metal mineral resources, non-coal mine mineral resource extraction, surveying and mapping services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Hunan Gold Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, and others
