Last Saturday (8th), the South Island Harbour project, a collaboration between ROAD KING INFRA (01098.HK) and MTR Corporation (00066.HK), sold 6 parking spaces, with a total transaction amount of HKD 20.1 million. One owner even spent about HKD 10.05 million to purchase 3 parking spaces.

It is reported that this owner holds multiple units in the project for personal use, and the purchase is not only for the convenience of family members but also due to optimism about the development of the South Island Long Line
