# The China Automobile Dealers Association released the "Haikou Consensus"

In November 2025, during the 2025 China Automobile Circulation Industry Annual Conference and the concurrent Automobile Industry Summit held in Haikou, the China Automobile Circulation Association, in collaboration with representatives from manufacturers and dealers, reached the "Haikou Consensus" under the witness of relevant departments. The aim is to build a healthy and orderly automobile circulation market order through industry self-discipline and collaborative innovation
