# BEST FOOD HLDG invested RMB 19.95 million to establish a joint venture restaurant investment company

BEST FOOD HLDG (01488.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Qianhai Youfu has entered into an agreement with other partners to jointly establish Shenzhen Shendianbao, with a total investment of RMB 50 million (the same below), of which Qianhai Youfu will contribute RMB 19.949 million, holding a 39.9% equity stake. Shenzhen Shendianbao will operate investment in catering projects, management consulting services, corporate marketing planning, and business information consulting
