# CHK OIL: Signed a memorandum of understanding with Aral Petroleum Capital LLP

CHK OIL announced that on November 10, 2025, CHK OIL Group Limited entered into a memorandum of understanding with Aral Petroleum Capital LLP to explore potential cooperation in oil well exploration and production in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the memorandum of understanding is to document the mutual understanding reached by both parties as a platform for further consultation. The Group will have the right to conduct due diligence on the target oil field during the exclusive period of three months from the date of the memorandum of understanding
