# CLOUD FACTORY plans to spend USD 15 million to purchase 5,000 quadruped robots from Superstar Cultural and Creative Intellectual Property

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CLOUD FACTORY (02512) announced that on November 4, 2025, the company entered into a sales agreement with Giant Star Cultural and Creative Intellectual Property (Hong Kong) Limited (Giant Star Cultural and Creative Intellectual Property) to purchase 5,000 quadruped robots for a total price of USD 15 million.

In line with the industry trend of integrating edge computing and artificial intelligence (AI), the company adopts "edge cloud + AI services" as its core strategy. The group utilizes the Lingjing Cloud Edge Computing Platform to provide capabilities such as AI model simulation training, real-time inference computing, and low-latency network scheduling for the robots, helping them continuously learn and optimize performance in diverse application scenarios. As part of its strategic layout, the group purchases quadruped robots, combining them with the Lingjing Cloud Edge Computing Platform to provide intelligent terminal solutions that integrate intelligent robots and edge computing for our clients, creating more comprehensive and efficient value for them. The board believes that the transactions under this agreement will expand the group's edge computing business system from AI model training to a broader application field involving intelligent robots and artificial intelligence Internet of Things terminal deployment
