# PLANETREE INT'L liquidated its holdings in Haotian International by 14.75%, estimated loss of HKD 72.8 million

PLANETREE INT'L (00613.HK) announced that from November 3 to 10 this year, it sold a total of 1.6 billion shares of Haotian International Construction Investment (01341.HK) through its non-wholly-owned subsidiary PCL, accounting for 14.75% of its total share capital; the total consideration was approximately HKD 239 million, equivalent to an average price of HKD 0.1492 per share. It is estimated that the company will incur a loss of approximately HKD 72.8 million from the sale. After completion, the group no longer holds any shares in Haotian International Construction Investment
