# The semiconductor ETF rose nearly 3.1%, leading the U.S. stock industry ETFs, while the S&P technology sector increased by about 2.7%

On Monday (November 10), the semiconductor ETF rose by 3.07%, the global technology stock index and technology sector ETF increased by at least 2.56%, the internet stock index ETF rose by 1.72%, and the energy sector ETF increased by 0.90%, while the global airline industry ETF closed down by 0.40%. Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the information technology/technology sector rose by 2.68%, the telecommunications sector increased by 2.53%, the consumer discretionary sector rose by 1.49%, and the utilities, real estate, and consumer staples sectors closed down by at most 0.34%
