# The first sales arrangement for "Hong Kong Building" in Fanling North will be uploaded today, with 30 units to be sold through a bidding process on Saturday

Garmin Group (01271.HK) Fanling United North Yinghui will upload its first sales arrangement today (11th) and will launch the first round of sales this Saturday, selling 30 units through a bidding process, with the first batch featuring high-floor standard units.

Garmin Group's Chief Operating and Marketing Officer Feng Qianping stated that nearly 2,000 people have visited the demonstration units of North Yinghui. Additionally, the project will also upload the price list for parking spaces No. 1 today, with prices ranging from HKD 1.25 million to HKD 1.3 million.

She further mentioned that the project offers 13 parking spaces with built-in chargers and 2 electric motorcycle parking spaces, with limited-time offers now available. Buyers of designated properties and designated parking spaces who meet the Transport Department's "one-for-one" program requirements can choose to receive a BYD electric vehicle valued at approximately HKD 155,000 as a gift, or receive a cash rebate of equivalent value.

MIDLAND HOLDING's Chief Executive Officer (Residential) Ma Taiyang stated that according to the company's customer distribution, due to the project's recent popularity, the proportion of long-term investors has further increased. This is mainly because the project enjoys the advantages of the North District and the railway effect, making it very convenient for commuting to universities, thus offering strong rental potential. It is estimated that among the first batch of bidding units, the proportion of investors may be as high as nearly 70%, and the project has also attracted many first-time homebuyers, with the proportion of end-users around half
