# "Quanzhen Medicine" secures 100 million yuan in Series B financing

The medical large model innovation company "QuanZhen Medical" announced the completion of 100 million yuan in Series B financing. This round of financing includes a strategic round completed by the A-share listed company Innovative Medical in the fourth quarter of 2024, and a Series B round completed by Good Doctor Group in the second quarter of 2025. Probe Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing. After this round of financing, QuanZhen Medical will continue to increase R&D investment, upgrade the QuanZhen Tong personal doctor version, and enhance the performance of the QuanZhen Medical large model, providing more comprehensive and professional AI support for doctors and hospitals: such as clinical research assistance (medical record collection, organization, and follow-up), capability training (AI-assisted learning, virtual patients), and clinical decision support (literature/guideline retrieval and summarization), etc
