# According to reports, Hisense Group plans to consider merging its subsidiaries in the electronic products and home appliances business

According to a report by Bloomberg citing informed sources, Hisense Group is considering potential options for its consumer electronics and home appliance subsidiaries, including the possibility of a merger.

Informed sources indicated that one of the options may involve Hisense V.T. (600060.SH) acquiring Hisense H.A. (00921.HK), and the merged entity may be listed in Hong Kong. Hisense V.T. closed today at RMB 26.46, up 3.76%, with a transaction volume of RMB 562 million; Hisense H.A. closed today at HKD 26.62, up 6.99%, with a transaction volume of HKD 166 million.

According to informed sources, Hisense Group is working with advisors to discuss this potential transaction, and the discussions are still in the preliminary stages
