CHEVALIER INT'L (00025.HK) announced the sale of its Canadian Jiasina automobile agency business and related assets and properties to an independent third party for a total consideration of CAD 15.72 million (approximately HKD 87.86 million). The pre-tax profit from the sale is expected to be approximately HKD 24.38 million
