STARPLUS LEGEND (06683.HK) opened down 13.24% today, trading at HKD 7.8, with a pre-market transaction of 77.1955 million shares, involving HKD 557 million.

The company recently announced a placement of up to 75 million shares on a "old shares first, new shares later" basis, priced at HKD 7.2 per share, representing a discount of nearly 20% compared to the previous day's closing price; it is expected to raise about HKD 369 million for hosting concerts and creating IP, among other uses
