# CITIC Securities: Hesai's quarterly performance basically meets expectations, with huge medium to long-term expansion space

CITIC Securities report indicates that Hesai Technology-W (02525.HK) third quarter gross profit margin is basically in line with expectations, and the company has raised its full-year profit guidance. The shipment guidance for next year is strong, and the market is overly concerned about competition in the short term, but there is huge room for expansion in the medium to long term.

CITIC Securities raised Hesai Technology's fiscal year 2025 profit forecast by 26%, reflecting the impact of one-time benefits. The target price for H shares has been lowered to HKD 218.1, reflecting the expansion of capital after the H share listing. The target price for Hesai Technology (HSAI.US) in the US stock market has been lowered from the previous USD 32 to USD 28
