# PCI-TGCL, Siemens, and Industrial Control International have reached a cooperation agreement to jointly establish a joint venture company for rail transit signaling systems

According to the official account of PCI-TGCL, Guangzhou PCI-TGCL Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCI-TGCL Group, officially signed a cooperation agreement with Siemens Mobility (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Industrial Control International Holdings (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. in the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District to jointly establish a joint venture company for rail transit signaling systems. This joint venture will be located in Huangpu and will serve as an important platform for the collaboration of the three parties, accelerating the localization of Siemens signaling technology in Guangzhou through a dual-driven approach of new line construction and existing line renovation
