# CHINA QINFA's subsidiary signs a coal sale agreement with a maximum amount of 90 million RMB

CHINA QINFA (00866.HK) announced related transactions, stating that its subsidiary SDE has signed a coal supply agreement with Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific, under which Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific will purchase 150,000 tons of Indonesian thermal coal from SDE, with an estimated transaction amount not exceeding 90 million RMB
