# GUSHENGTANG plans to fully acquire Dazhongtang to expand its market share in Singapore

GUSHENGTANG (02273.HK) announced that its subsidiary Gushengtang Singapore has entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire 100% equity of Dazhongtang, which mainly engages in providing traditional Chinese medicine services and retail of pharmaceuticals in Singapore. The price will be determined after negotiation between both parties. If the acquisition is successfully completed, the group will add 14 traditional Chinese medicine clinics to its operations
