# TSE SUI LUEN signs an extended credit agreement

TSE SUI LUEN (00417.HK) announced that the company and one of its subsidiaries (as guarantor) have entered into a revised and restated deed with the borrower to amend and restate the credit agreement, which includes Hang Seng Bank Limited as the agent and pledge agent, successfully extending the total outstanding credit principal amount of HKD 496 million.

TSE SUI LUEN stated that the revised and restated credit agreement includes several optimized terms, including (but not limited to) a conditional three-year extension of the credit maturity date to provide a buffer period for business transformation; a reduction in the floating interest percentage for the first two years to lower the group's financing costs; and the relaxation of certain financial covenants to align with the group's strategic business and operational transformation
