According to data from the UK online real estate trading platform Rightmove, as of the four weeks ending November 8, the average asking price for properties listed on Rightmove in November fell by 1.8% month-on-month, marking the largest decline for the same period since 2012, and a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%.

Rightmove stated that the volume of residential listings reached a ten-year high, which also suppressed property prices
