# Bank of America Center rooftop garden for sale, asking price 231 million yuan

The 37th floor of the Bank of America Center, a Grade A office building, along with two private sky gardens, is being offered for sale by the owner, with an intended price of approximately HKD 231 million. The total construction area of the property is about 10,500 square feet, and the private sky gardens cover approximately 3,076 square feet, to be sold in its current condition.

Wen Wuzhong, Chief Senior Director of the Investment Department at Savills, stated that following the successful sale of the 36th floor of the same building, the company has been entrusted by the owner to exclusively represent the sale of the 37th floor, with an intended price of approximately HKD 231 million.

Wen Wuzhong further indicated that the property is located on the top floor of a Grade A office building and includes the last private rooftop garden in Central. The space utilization and design are highly flexible, making it particularly suitable for use as a corporate headquarters, a prestigious club, or a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it is also a top choice for investment
