# "Resumption of Trading" TIANGE's concerted action shareholders increase their holdings, triggering a full acquisition

TIANGE (01980.HK) announced that on October 28, Chairman Fu Zhengjun's spouse Hong Yan (the offeror) purchased 20 million shares of the company in the secondary market, accounting for 1.8% of the total share capital, at a total price of approximately HKD 13.6 million. Upon completion, the offeror and its concert parties will hold a total of 31.63% of the company's equity, and a mandatory general offer must be made at HKD 0.68 per share, equivalent to the closing price before the suspension.

The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Thursday (20th)
