# Lenovo Chairman Yang Yuanqing: Confident in returning the enterprise infrastructure business to profitable growth

At the earnings release conference, Lenovo Group Chairman and CEO Yang Yuanqing stated that the infrastructure market in the enterprise intelligence sector is also undergoing significant changes. "The focus of AI computing is shifting from training primarily on public clouds to inference primarily in local data centers and at the edge. This shift is important because the scalable expansion of infrastructure will inevitably drive explosive growth in end devices and applications, thereby opening up new market space for us." He further stated, "In terms of enterprise infrastructure, we are improving and even reinventing our approaches for large enterprise clients and small to medium-sized enterprise clients with different business models. We are confident that we will quickly return our business to a path of profitable growth. We will accelerate the release of our hybrid artificial intelligence capabilities, creating artificial intelligence models, factories, services, and application libraries, and develop replicable and scalable artificial intelligence solutions in key vertical industries and general solution areas."
