Among popular Chinese concept stocks, Canadian Solar initially closed down 18.3%, Daqo New Energy fell 9.2%, Nio dropped 6%, Jinkosolar declined 5.7%, Pony.ai, XPeng, Xiaomi, Pinduoduo, and Baidu fell over 4%, while NetEase rose 0.6%, Beike increased 1.3%, GDS Holdings rose 1.8%, and Yatsen Holding gained 3.3%.
