According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CNQC INT'L (01240) announced that Ms. Zhou Lu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from November 21, 2025. On the same day, Ms. Qu Yongshi has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative, and Ms. Guan Leyin has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative as required by the listing rules
